Reminder

Access is prohibited to all campuses and the District Office beginning today at 5pm.

Things You Need to Do Now

Update your information in WebSMART: If you have recently moved, please make sure you have updated your mailing address in WebSMART.

Pay and Reimbursement Checks to be Mailed: The mid-month pay and reimbursement checks will be mailed to addresses on file for employees who do NOT have direct deposit.  This also applies to student workers.  No checks will be available for pick-up at campus or district offices.

Introducing the New Virtual Campus for Students!

The District has launched a Virtual Campus for Students website to help facilitate the transition to online learning. Read the announcement.

Resources for Working from Home

ITS is has assembled some online resources to help you work from home. Check it out to learn how to use your OneLogin to access District apps, how to use Zoom, and how to install Office 365 and Adobe products on your home computer.

Campus Health Centers Closed

The College of San Mateo, Cañada College, and Skyline College Health Centers are currently closed but will reopen after the shelter-in-place order is lifted. In the meantime:

If you require medical assistance and have health insurance, please call the phone number on the back of your insurance card to find out which healthcare facilities are covered under your insurance plan.  If you do not have health insurance and you are in San Mateo County, San Mateo Medical Center is an option for you. Their phone number is 650-573-2222 and their address is 222 W 39th Ave, San Mateo, CA 94403.

CALL YOUR HEALTH PROVIDER IMMEDIATELY if you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 and develop a fever and symptoms such as cough and difficulty breathing.

If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911.
