The National Weather Service has issued an excessive heat warning for much of the San Francisco Bay Area this Labor Day Weekend. Temperatures in much of the Bay Area will be 85-95 degrees. Temperatures inland will be 95-110 degrees.
Please be prepared:
- Limit outdoor strenuous activities during the hottest time of the day
- Do not leave kids or pets in vehicles
- Stay in air conditioned areas
- Drink plenty of fluids
- Extra care for pets, crops, and livestock
- Watch for hot pavement when walking dogs
